What you´ll be doing:
- Lead the development of clinical trial data collection
applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex,
customized solutions for clients.
- Work with Product Development to shape the architectural
direction of our products.
- Oversee operational readiness tasks, including pilot projects
and internal validation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain SOPs
& SWIs.
- Drive improvements in project delivery metrics: productivity,
cost, delivery, and quality.
- Communicate effectively across teams and departments,
presenting technical decisions and driving consensus.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and
productive work environment.
- Influence the adoption of architecture, design, and technology
standards.
- Lead the team through project challenges, ensuring timely
resolution and oversight.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or
equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a track
record of managing teams.
- Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR
Part 11).
- Strong skills in prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
- Knowledge of SQL, Object-Oriented Programming, and software
development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, GitLab, JIRA).
- Familiarity with Agile SCRUM, Waterfall, or Kanban
methodologies.
- A passion for continuous process improvement.
