HR System Specialist (f/m/d) – Automation & Transformation

Job Description

DP World is a global leader in supply chain solutions, with a commitment to driving innovation and excellence in our industry. We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR System Specialist (f/m/d) Automation & Transformation to join our team and support our ongoing automation and transformation initiatives within our HR Shared Service Center (HRSSC) in Europe.

This role is recruited in Germany.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with business objectives by identifying areas for automation and transformation, particularly focused on HRSSC Germany, in accordance with regionally agreed approaches.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using appropriate tools such as Monday.com or MS 365.
  • Contribute to evaluating the compatibility of various HRIS systems with our current setups and assist in the implementation of an HRIS solution.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, collaborating closely with stakeholders to redesign workflows and implement automated solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and regional/global central functions, to gather requirements effectively.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new automation tools and processes in collaboration with local Business Analysts.
  • Monitor the performance of automation solutions, track key metrics to identify areas for optimization and refinement, and continuously iterate on automation processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both German and English; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a system specialist or a similar role, preferably within HR.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and HR processes.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Monday.com, Oracle, DarwinBox, MS Forms, PowerAutomate, etc., is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with BI and data structure and management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems and devise pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
