We are looking for you as Logistics Specialist
(f/m/x) and support our Logistics
Administration team in full time
(40h/week) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site. Be a
part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma
companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa
(digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and
Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in
time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals)
worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks
within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area. Even if you

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate shipments and production orders on a daily basis.
Ensure efficient planning for Shipping/Production department based
on the given capacity and the customer need dates
- Coordinate and schedule with departments within Manufacturing
and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed
- Calculate logistic costs and process internal invoicing
- Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking
information and start action in case of emergency
- Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to
established guidelines
- Support compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates
and all needed documents
- Provide support to internal and external customers for all
logistics related issues
- Business related communication with internal departments,
external forwarders and customers
- Organizing and processing of global in-/outbound orders
- Support global logistics projects
- Create and maintain performance indicator
What We Look For
- Apprenticeship or professional work training program in
logistics, forwarding, industrial environments, related fields or a
related higher education
- Minimum 3-5 years logistics, supply chain or industrial
administrational environment experience
- Fluent English and advanced German language skills
- Experience with ERP system and advanced knowledge of the
Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in
fast-paced settings
- High degree of reliability and independence
- Professional approach with high attention to details &
deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written
and verbally)
