Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader (m / f / d) to play a key role in shaping the architectural vision, design development, and successful delivery of projects. The Project Leader combines strong design and technical expertise with a committed and approachable leadership style, ensuring design excellence, clarity of intent, and effective collaboration across all project stages.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead the architectural concept and safeguard design intent throughout the project
- Translate the project brief into coherent spatial, technical, and architectural solutions
- Act as the main design contact for clients, leading design discussions and presentations
- Guide and support the project team through clear direction, constructive feedback, and open dialogue
- Lead internal design reviews, ensuring design quality and technical consistency
- Coordinate closely with consultants to achieve integrated design solutions
- Take ownership of project progress, quality, and delivery in line with office standards
